Warranty

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the purchase price of the product, less shipping each way.   We guarantee shipment within 2-14 days, except for our custom made Unique Cat Trees, which may take longer.  In most cases your shipment should arrive within 1-7 business days after shipping.  Please call for an estimated shipping date for our custom cat trees.   If any products are back ordered or require more time for assembly, we will notify you of any delays and provide an estimate when known on the shipping date.

Returns

You may return an item (except special order) for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return product in new condition, with original packaging, for  refund. There is a 15 or 20% restocking fee for some items, depending on the supplier. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund.    All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. Original shipping costs and shipping costs to send product back are not refundable. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
