The Cat Scratching Tree is a family owned business, founded to offer the discriminating cat owner an alternative to the often limited or overpriced selection of cat furniture available in the local community.
Our cat tree business was born after Simba, our "just can't wait to be king" Siamese began tearing through our furniture. He could be pretty "laid back" sometimes, but there were times he REALLY needed an outlet for his ferocious instincts! We began to explore what cat furniture was available locally.
We wanted cat furniture that would not only be the greatest fun and exercise for Simba, but it also had to look good in our house. We started with a simple cat condo, and then graduated to a cat tree. He loved it and when it finally wore out, we decided on a larger Unique Cat Tree. It's not just cat furniture, it's a beautiful piece of furniture for our home, as well as giving Simba a world-class Playground.
